knocking sound when turning steering at stationary

Hello everyone. Can you help me with this issue I just had recently. After driving home and stationary when I turn my steering either sides there will be a knocking noise. here is a video of the sound. please help. thanks.
my car is a jetta. but I'm sure this applies to all vws. my car is only 7000km. basically still new.
