Dipped Beam Harness

Hey,
anyone know to to disconnect the power from the dipped beam? I'm trying to install some aftermarket Philips LEDs but I have no way of powering them, obviously in the high beam they can just plug into the existing connection but the dipped beam doesn't work that way.
