No boost in acceleration clutch and gearbox feel sluggish

Hi there I bought a Sciroccos in May this year.. The first day I drove it it was amazing. But since then it feels as if the crisp delivery of power is declining.. I've taken it back to the garage where I bought it numerous times and they are refusing to fault it or to do a further investigation by stripping it.. The acceleration is poor and I always hear a vibration in the from when I do..
