Clunking noise help?

Right so if folk have seen my previous post I have been fitting a new gearbox to my car as my one somehow managed to get a hole in it, any ways I have had the car back together now for a week and there is this strange clunking noise happening when I go over bumps in the road only when the steering is straight doesn't happen when I'm going round a corner and hit a bump? Does anyone have any Suggesting's on what the hell this could be? I have went and checked every single bolt I had off and they are all tight can't think off anything else it could be 
really going off this scirocco now think it's time I start looking for a new car unfortunately as I really like my rocco ah well hopefully someone can help me cheers anyway
