Anyone used these guys? Would you recommend?

Interesting, as this isn't the usual cleaner put through the fuel lines, as that doesn't work on Direct Injection engines
Not sure quite how effective just putting Hydrogen through your air intake will clean the carbon away though................ i'd happily be proved wrong though

Absolute and complete waste of money.
The only way to clean the inlet valves is by removing the inlet manifold and walnut blasting or soaking and scraping out the dirt.
It WILL come back. Minimise this by using premium fuel (V-power), using good oil (Millers CFS Nanodrive 5w40 for example) and ensuring air filters are clean.
WMI will also help prevent build up
