RCD510 to RNS315

Plan to swap my RCD510 for a RNS315 that I have obtained.
On the back of the RNS315 there is a smaller black connector block ... I assume this is for the VW gps sensor? or do I need an additional loom?
Can anyone confirm?
Anyone done this swap previously?

The black connector will be for reversing camera input. The GPS plug is the Blue Fakra plug.

I have reversing parking sensors with the RCD510... Although not camera type?
GPS has been ordered for the head unit.

Also need to know what coding to change on VCDS for sat nav and for dynaudio to work properly.

I'll be keen to know how you get on with this, and if you can add some notes at the end about your full process.
I have an RCD510 but would be interested in going to a 315 for its built in Bluetooth and sat nav capabilities. I also have Dynaudio so would want that to keep working.
Perhaps the other socket is for a VW CD changer, given that the 315 doesn't accept multiple CD's like the 510 does.

I think the socket is for the Bluetooth microphone from searching... just ordered the microphone kit (genuine) ...
Plan to scan the RCD510 for the coding so I can see what options are ticked under long code helper before I remove it so I have a reference to work too ... it should be mainly change sound to 'dynaudio' and enable sat nav options / Bluetooth on MFSW.
A job for tomorrow afternoon once the security code, microphone and GPS sensor arrive...

Twin white Fakra is the AM/FM aerial, blue Fakra is the GPS antenna, black Fakra is the DAB aerial, black multi plug in between these is for the reversing camera input, Quadlock connector is for all other inputs/outputs such as speakers, CANBUS, microphone, MDI, AUX, CD changer etc.

Anyone got a guide / link for fitting the microphone and loom?

Ok, so got it all fitted ... Set sound to dynaudio, etc. with VCDS and got warning about module not being coded... Assumed because of the Rns315 ... Everything works, but no sound.
Any ideas?

Do you actually have Dynaudio fitted in your car? Can you post a scan log?

Current settings under (17) Nav:
byte 1 - dynaudio sound system
byte 2 - sound system, active speakers
byte 4 - speaker monitoring inactive
Since changing, no sound. I've tried putting them back how they were, no sound. It seems something has disabled the sound but I cannot find out what and no knowledge on how to reset the stereo.
Typically I need the car tomorrow, so if I cant get this sorted I will have to rip it out and put the RCD510 back in!

Although if you have a setting for Dynaudio Sound System (BAP DSP) I would be trying that first instead of Dynaudio Sound System.
