Changing front wing panel

Hi All,
Had a slight knock in the rocco the other day - nothing major, just body work damage.
I have managed to get a new passenger wing in perfect condition and I am having the bumper repaired and resprayed. I have been trying to find some instructions on how to remove the front wings but havent had much luck. I was wondering if anyone knows any good guides?
