Damp Footwell - Found leak in wiring loom

Hi Guys,
Noticed my footwelll was damp thought nothing of it but as I went to change my LED's noticed screenwash on the cover and the unit was rusty!
Found the source when I put my rear washer on, screenwash comes out of the wiring loom that enters the car!

Looks like a pain to get to!
