Anyone find the engine turns over 2-4 times before it catches and starts from stone cold?
It's fine if the car has been used same day and starts on the button.
Bit annoying tbh.

Are you waiting until the glow lamp light goes out before starting?
If so, it could point to an issue with the glow plugs.
Other thing that would give this symptom is fuel pump not priming.
Mine starts on the button, hot or cold.

I've never even noticed the glow plug lamp ... I'll try pausing for a couple seconds on ignition before firing tomorrow to see if that helps.
Will upload a video of it starting ... To see if it is an issue or not.

The colder the ambient temperature the longer the glow lamp stays on for. Most of the time it goes off instantly but in the winter it can take a couple of seconds to go out.

Ok cheers ... It's been down to 0 degrees overnight, 4 degrees in garage this morning so temperature may have something to do with it.
