you buy a load of goodies from autoperfection at the RR day and its rained ever since so can't try them out

I know. Mine's filthy and badly needs a clean but it will have to wait till the weekend or next week when I'm off work for some R&R
but it's chucking it down at the moment.
There is one advantage to heavy rain. It got rid of a blob of bird poo that was on the roof and I kept forgetting to wipe off!

tve aeriel gets moved and bird spikes added tomorrow to stop the poop

It's really sunny here today
Hopefully it will stay like this for the weekend
