Actuator arm on turbo

Hello, ive had my car diagnosed today and it has been stated that the actuator gets stuck when its coming out to release boost, therefore causing a drop in boost! I was wondering what people would say to how I should go ahead with fixing it? whether people just say buy a new turbo, or try and repair the actuator arm.
