Fault code P0234/000564 over boost

hello, I have the fault codes that I have listed in the subject, my turbo keeps turning off a running all lumpy! Does anyone know a fix to this? I've changed N75 valve, and tried a few other things but still keeps doing it? I've rang trade parts specialist (TPS) and they don't sell the seperate actuator rods? That's what causing it I think, but I just want a bit of help! Anyone help me please? I'm getting desperate now, honestly thinking about changing cars!
