Hi chaps,
I want to test a cheap BT OBD2 reader, to see if it will read/erase error codes.
It gives me realtime info fine but I want to check it will read/erase error codes on my 2010 diesel rocco before I buy another for my dad.
Is there an easy way to trigger the engine management light without doing any damage?

Just unplug the MAF.

I have a generic ELM327 BT OBD2 reader and it works a treat with torque for android. ( paid version) live data and clears codes. Less than £10 so good for monitoring with the data recorder switched on in the app.
