WEIRD NOISE* Airco problem?

Hello,
I have a Scirocco 1.4 TSI 122HP from 2010. When i turn the air-conditioning off, and my car stands stationary i hear a strange noise like a ventilator rubs against something.
When i touch the gas pedal (the car stands still) i hear the frequency of this sound goes a bit up.
So the strange part is if i turn the air-conditioning on, the noise is completely gone. My air-conditioning is working well.
