LED Turn Light and Stop Light Problem

Hey my friends,
Today, a friend offered me 4 LED's. 2 for the stop lights and the other two for the turn signals. They are P21W... And I have 4 resistors. Plug and play like the one on the picture.
Now I have a problem. How am I suppose to put resistors inside the tail light!? That's going to be hot AF!!!
And also, I might see the goddamn resistor from outside!!! Is there any way out?
Inside the tail light, there is a bulb holder like this. It's not this one, I didn't take pic and can't find one on the web. This is the R32. But on Rocco is the same thing, different bulb placement.
