Steering Wheel right side controls

Hi to all,
i am new here, and i want to ask if someone has this issue,
the Steering wheel right side controls are not working and i also cant connect my iPhone to the system,
its searching but not finding anything. Some help would be really appreciated... I have no idea where to start...

Hi zaremax, same on my car. On the phone, I'm sorry to say but it may be that you haven't got the bluetooth module fitted. My car hasn't got it either, but I have still got the (dummy) controls on the steering wheel and it looks as if there is a mic in the roof console - but there isn't. The stubby aerial on the roof is a dummy on my car, too. I hope your problem is different to mine, but making sure the car has bluetooth is the first thing to check.

The module is there, under the seat, i tried restarting (pull out the cables and put it back) no luck, it was working previously with the previous owner...there are still
2 phones configured and the system is trying to connect, but i cant use the controls to cancel, or do something as they are not working.
