Scirocco 1.4 TSI 210 PS - Problem

Dear All,
I have a small or big problem with my scirocco (I would like to add ABT 210PS)
When the car is getting hot (80 C degrees + ) it starts undulating, and when I push the accelerator pedal to the maximum (from 3000 rpm to 6000) check engine end EPC is ligthing and it disconnects cylinders.
computer shows an error poor ignition or misfiring. I change all coils (same problem), I changed sparks (same problem)
So they told me to change timing chain (the chain was in fact slightly stretched) and now the problem is even worst. It starts undulating from 1500-2000 rpm.
I did an oscilloscope of the camshaft and piston position and here is the result in attachement or here in link http://screenshooter.net/100096405/aynxthe" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
position of the chain is changed by around 3 degrees.
Could it be the result of the problem? whether these cars are so sensitive to position of timing chain?
Cheers,
Jacob
