Facelift R rear light fitting

Afternoon all,
I have got all my facelift rear end parts now, however my plugs on the rear lights are totally different. Not a massive problem I guess as I could pin them in, but it would be nice to do this OEM style.
Does anyone know if there are adapters to fit these? Or has anyone done this, if so how did you do it? I have pm'd the one person on here who I have found fitted them so hopefully he replies.
