Bluetooth Module 9w7 versions

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me identify what the differences are between the various versions of 9w7 Vw bluetooth modules.
Mine is currently fitted with a module ending in 730C, but I also see on ebay there are versions D, E and even J.
I was going to upgrade mine to the D version as a thread from 2011 informed me that that version allowed the rSAP to work properly for my phone, but ,aybe I should update to the J version.
Does anyone in the know have details of the functional differences between the versions please???
Cheers
