which one?

Hi all, im thinking about buying a scirocco 1.4 tsi, not sure whether to go for the 120 bhp or the 160bhp. Im planning on spending around 10-11 grand on getting one so was just looking for a bit of advise really. What year would i be likely to get with my budget? Also is the 160 reliable?
