reverse beep.

Recently I've noticed my reverse beep is only coming from one side, behind driver.
Even when there is something passenger side only it's predominantly driver rear. I'm sure before it was pretty directional.
Is this a known issue? Anything that could sort it?
Radio sounds pretty central so I don't think I have prominent ear for hearing.
