rns 310 with bluetooth but not working on steeringwheel

hi.guys, i have a scirocco with a rns 310, bluetooth module under the passeneger seat and a parrot client installed. i cam connect my phone with the parrot but not with my car. when i receive a call i can click on the parrot module on accept call but i want to use my steering wheel. how did you guys do it? do i need an rns 510? i went to 1 dealer and he had no ideA whats wrong...
