VW FINANCE

just a heads up to anyone who has their rocco on vw finance, my mum rang me today to tell me she received a letter off them, turns out , they were meant to send her yearly updates of the finance schedule ( how much interest she had paid and how much was left to pay etc)
any who the letter said that they have realised they have failed to send these yearly updates to her and now she has sold her old golf they have re imbursed her all the interest she had paid over the finance term ( circa £2500
)
so if anyone here is with vw finance and hasn't received a yearly update it might be worth remembering for when your term is up and get a nice lump sum back !!!
