R LED

Hi
I would love to know how can I do this:
" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I will fit the original R leds in a non R bumper (I will do the changes) but I need your expertise in what I have to do to connect everything...
I would like to have in my xenon headlamps the turn lights (I will have to buy orange bulbs) and in the normal bumper the R leds....
Could anyone PLEASE help me!
