have you tried both sets of keys?

also make sure you don't have both keys on one keyring, it confuses the pick up for the immobiliser

Immobiliser problems have resurfaced so the car is back over to the dealer again tonight awaiting to be sorted. Just as well the TT hasn't been picked up yet as I'll be using it till the Roc is sorted. Seems really weird driving it now. Cabin seems dead small and the car seems like a go kart. It's like going from a Merc to a Lotus Elise.

Funny how you quickly get used to something else. Now the TT feels strange!

just back from my stag do. Car still at the dealers. Needs a new dash cluster. Part is on back order from VW could be anything up to three weeks before it arrives...

Oh and the idiots at the supplying dealer sent the ipod cable to the head office of my girlfriends employer. Muppets.

Generally sounds like pretty poor service! I'd be interested to hear whether they agree to fix a new lease start date.
