Head seat and lumber support not working

Can a Good Samaritan on this site please tell me possible reasons why the heated seat and lumbar support on my front passenger seat is not working. The driver seat is working fine.

Check the connector under the seat. They have been known to disconnect if someone pushes the seat back.too hard.
