Scirocco Central

Hello, I have come to the conclusion that I have to replace the dreaded timing chain on my 1.4 tsi scirocco! After hearing the grinding/ticking noise for a couple of weeks I have decided to take the plunge and sort it before it has lasting damage.

Does anyone up north know of any reputable vag mechanics that would carry out the work for me at a 'value for money' price? Also, has anyone else had this done and how much are we talking?
