Would it be better to write a letter to the customer car address or email luxurycars?

Yeah they offered 50% to repair both wings but wanted me to contribute £900...feck that! and surprise surprise I sold the car to a saleman who worked in the vw dealership that inspected it and low and behold when he put it in for the warranty claim it was approved.....

Write a well worded letter and they will call you. Im currently having some issues and was called 2 days from sending the letter and its all currently being processed and dealt with.

What's the issue as that may shape recommendations on how to proceed?

Issue is the bad bad experiences ive had fixing replacing and repairs under warranty and being promised stuff and never ended up happening. Longgg longgg story. More like stories.

Get the address from Volkswagens main website. I sent a letter to hq customer care.

In general people seem to get a faster response by using twitter / facebook and copying the guilty party on the post. Don't bad mouth them, just state the facts and the issues behind your disatisfaction and take it from there.

I moaned to them on twitter, that got their backs up. But it was almost 2 years ago now, they might ignore their twitter feed now
