Juddering when idling and driving at constant speed

Hi,
I have a 2.0l TSI - 60 plate. Since September (when it had been in for a service) it has been juddering when idling or driving at a constant speed. It is more noticeable at lower speeds than on the motorway. It seems to do it a bit less when it is warm, than when the engine is completely cold.
The VW dealership couldn't find anything wrong with it and so have now given up looking. I recently had a service and at the same time changed the plugs and fuel filter to see if that would help. Unfortunately it hasn't made any difference.
Has anyone else experienced this or do you know what might be causing it?
