Shark performance remap problems!!

Hi guys!
I thought I'd give you guys a warning about Shark performance remaps which was loaded on my 2.0tsi DSG 2009
After posting a question on the BiSkoda owners club about shark performance I was convinced it was the right choice for me as all the guys have great reviews about their remaps.
So earlier this month I booked my car in at a local shark dealer and had the stage 1 remap loaded. Initially when I drove the car it felt good, there was an increase of power and the map felt smooth. But as I drove it more over a few weeks it didn't feel particularly fast especially on the higher gears, I then noticed when short shifting, for example flooring it in 3rd gear and changing around 4.5k rpm to 4th gear, the car would suddenly accelerate like stock for around 4 seconds then the power would come in, this was consistent in every gear change. Also when in 6th on the motorway, the car would accelerate like stock and didn't feel any quicker. I decided to speak to a few tuners and went online to see if anyone else had the same issue. From what I was told, is that it sounds like my DSG box was limiting the torque as it has a torque limit of 350nm, a remap should account for this and should be coded into the map so that the torque isn't reduced. Also there were a few people with shark maps having the exact same problem.
So i booked my car in at the local shark dealer, I took him out in it and he noticed the issue straight away, he phoned up shark HQ, there first reaction was that there must be something wrong with my DSG box, then I was told I should get dsg remap. When I explained to them what i found out about the coding of the maps, shark finally admitted that they haven't tuned many cars with my ECU as it was quite new (2009), they then requested I went to shark HQ so they can develop a map for my car. I point blank refused as I didn't want my car used as a test bed, I also was extremely annoyed that a untested map was allowed to go on my car!! The only resolution was to put my car back to stock and get a full refund. Since then I've had a revo stage 1 remap loaded which was done by ADS Preston. The revo map is awesome!! It pulls hard in every gear and my post shift delay has been totally eliminated!! The revo remap is allot smoother then I expected too.
So if you are deciding to get a remap I advise using the big company's like revo or apr, as the maps will be fully tested before release!
It's been a stressful few weeks but atleast I'm happy now :-)
Cheers
