Warranty

Got my R-Line brand new couple of months ago, only just noticed that my bonnet is not in line as I posted a couple weeks ago, I just rung the Volkswagen body shop and I'm waiting for them to ring me back, will this be done under warranty as it's how I bought the car, should they give me a car to use whilst they have mine? Hopefully they'll give me something decent!
