Looking closer at the "The new Scirocco" brochure, the picture of the standard car on page 21 has been photoshopped from a LHD?
Very odd, selling a >£20k car to the UK and not bothering to update the photos for the second edition of the brochure...
Cup holder on the worng side
'Passenger airbag off' warning reversed
Gearstick numbers reversed

The cars also tend to be lowered a lot more than in real life.

lol, but I think he's right after all we some how don't have all the interior options that the rest of Europe get but when it comes to our brochures a quick mirror flip does the trick - very lazy (understandable that doing anything RHD related is a hassle but still)
I love the car to bits, wouldn't change it for anything else but I think VW really suck at most things.
Finally JohnC your going to enjoy the car's owners manual - its full of inconsistencies and incorrect info.

We get the Truffle leather here in France but these pictures are not of a Scirocco interior !
In fact it's the Passat CC interior
I hope they build the cars better than they build web sites
