Scirocco Central

I've started hearing a noticable creaking sound when going over bumps, particularly speed bumps even though I only go really slowly over them. It's definitely coming from behind the dash/engine area and seems to have got a bit worse recently. It's lower down than the scuttle area and is definitely a 'creak' rather than a rattle. Any ideas? My car's just out of warranty too and I'm dreading some kind of huge bill.

Probably a dry suspension bush, try a rubber lubricant spray, normally the lower arm or anti roll bars
