New RNS + Rear Parking Sensors

Hi everyone,
I'm picking up a 58 plate GT on the weekend and just wanted some advice please!
I want to get a newer RNS (for the built in satnav) and also rear parking sensors.
Is the RNS worth it or should I just buy a satnav?
Would it be better to buy it off ebay and get a garage to install it or go somewhere that will do it all in house?
Could you recommend places to get the parking sensors and RNS installed? I'm based in South London.
I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to cars so not going to risk doing it myself.
