Afternoon Guy's, I have a 2.0tdi 140bhp 2009 Roc, my car has started to play up recently, no power, very flat, doesn't seem as smooth, also the power will come in eventually but still not right, I have done a scan through vagcom & no faults ?
Any Idea's, it just seems as if the boost isn't there anymore ?
I am still getting 54/60mpg so this hasnt been affected.
Cheers in advance, Colin.

Sounds like your Turbo is failing for whatever reason?

Have you tried to change the air filter? Also, hot weather may cause slowness on diesel (had something similar on golf mk5).

Cheers guys, I took it to my mate garage today, looks like the pressure boost sensor is at fault, I'm off on holiday tomorrow so will look next wk when I get back.
Hopefully this will fix it, just very strange as they're no fault codes ?

My 2p worth:
No error code possibly because the engine is off when you run the autoscan. The boost pressure sensor might have been picked up on an output test module maybe?!
I'm not expert, just a thought. I am going to start to probe on how to do output tests on most of the engine

Evening guys, quick update on the problem with my car, finally got it in to be looked at, we have found the fault, it's the TURBO, full job is around £1000 all in, mind you I have a good warranty so not gonna cost me a penny !
Gotta be assessed this wk so should have it sorted very soon yey !

Afternoon guys, quick update on my car, just picked it up from the garage (Coventry car centre), the new turbo has been fitted & all is good, feels fantastic again, ah man my Roc drives brilliantly, fuel mpg has gone gone abit cos I just hammered it all the way home he he !
All done under warranty with Car care plan, I took this out with the purchase of the car & I extended it also, no excess at all, very happy !
