Oh okay. Would still be great to know his experience uptil the point he had it, and he'd probably have good knowledge on it generally. But thanks metaljay for letting me know mate
DVLA rules have now changed such that as of 10th April 14 all full colour change wraps must be declared and the V5C updated accordingly.
