I've gone by that fact the the 6Q0 601 027S is 16" alloy wheel, with no extra suffixes as listed. The complemetary spare wheel in black steel as 6Q0 601 027S 03C.
But a quick check elsewhere reveals....

Silly dealer wouldn't let me have the part number to order via TPS
But they had it as £12 though
