I looked for a navigation fakra connection, but couldn't find it. So I put in a new antenna for the RNS510. Placed in just under the dashboard behind the RNS510 unit. So don't know if it's a dummy, but you may have to install new cable to the antenna.

The Golf R seats on a couple of pics are when the previous owner had it. He kept them for his new car. I have the original R-line seats now.

Under Long Coding in the 09 module, there are options for choosing fog lights as DRL. I'll post some screenshots later on.

eBay is your friend

Found a shop with both bulbs and resistors.
Bulbs:

Resistor (remember, you need two of them!):

Sweet carbon wings. Quick question on the resistors. Are they compulsory? Can I do without? And have you changed your static turn lights?

Mod 7
Fitted the carbon mirror caps after giving them a couple of layers with wax.
Mod 8
Sticker... Why do people always have to touch when they see a shiny car? Do they think it's not really there?

The paint is detailed with Smartwax products, all the way. Swirl remover (if I find any scratches or swirls), Polish, glaze, sealer, liquid wax and hard wax. The top coat is two layers of Zymöl Atlantique wax. Then I reapply a layer with Zymöl Concourse every now and then.
1.
Smartwax Scratch & Swirl Remover
Using rotary polisher
2.
Smartwax Cutting Polish
Using DA polisher
3.
Smartwax Finishing Glaze
Using DA polisher
4.
Smartwax SmartSealant
By hand (with pad)
5.
Smartwax SmartWax
By hand (with pad)
6.
Smartwax Concours
By hand (using the hands as pads)
Gives and incredible shine that no picture or image can justify.

Veldig pen scirocco! Har selv lyst å skifte til led lys overalt ute, har skiftet alt inne og skiltlys til led. Du har ikke link til leddene til hovedlysene?
Edit: Very nice scirocco! I also want to change to led´s overall on the exterior, have changed all the lights inside and reglights to led´s. You don´t have a link to the front light led´s?
Ørjan.

Hey,
Nice rocco mate

I've bought few days ago LED bulbs for my fog lights with the resistor because without it, my boardcomputer gave a warning
My point now is, i have no idea where to install the resistor ...
The guy in the store told me the resistor is getting soooo hot when the fogs are glowing a few minutes, that i may not install it on plastic. When you do, it melts a hole trough it haha. Problem now is, i can't find any other solutions to install it. Can you help me please?
BTW, the high powered LED headlight-bulbs where'd you get these and are they giving enough light compared to the normal halogen bulbs? They look vere nice !!!

Very nice!!
One question, when you installed the plate leds, you put a resistor? Or only plug and play??
