Time from build to delivery?

Post by vwfanatic »

Hi Roccers.

I ordered my new Rocco in week 21, scheduled to be built in week 25. The build was confirmed on friday in week 25.

So now i'm waiting for delivery, the dealer says 3 weeks for transportaion.

Any comments on transportation time?
How long did you guys wait from production to delivery?

I was week 25 and then the computers stopped. I'm waiting for it to be delivered to Belfast. My dealer said the last they knew it was in Grimbsy. I have been told that they won't know for sure until the computers are up and running and they can retrack where my little beauty is. I sany one else being kept in the dark by the computer system down time?

Hello OS (and VWfanatic),

My Build Week was also Week 25 ...

My car arrived with the dealer (Donnellys, Londonderry) almost 2 weeks ago; a couple of Sciroccos came into Edwin Mays (Coleraine) on the same day.

I got the keys to it on Thursday past.

I assume you're working through Isaac Agnews, Belfast? :(

Yep in the same boat as you! :grumpy: build week 26 it is most likely in Sherness now but dealer says he can not track it. Systems suppose to be booted up next monday but they are saying they won't know what functions will be working straight away so still can not guarantee a date for delivery. Really poor customer service I think but what can you do it about!?
