Sports cat

Post by Tom wood »

I’ve put a cobra 200 cell sports cat on my scirocco r, was just wondering if anyone has had any issues with it when it comes to MOT time, do they pass the emissions?

Agreed, just make sure it’s really hot. My sons mk5 golf GTI (which we are currently converting to race production GTI has a Miltek high flow sports cat and it just scrapes through. Tester said at the time, “it’s close, if it fails run it up the A road and bring it back. Never had a warning light flash up though.
Let us know though 😊

If you kept old cat, put it on for MOT and change it back after.
