Steering fluid location?

Post by Zanic L3 »

I'm noticing some kind of a small noise when turning the wheel at slow speeds.. Maybe the steering needs a little bit of oil, where is it located or is it electrical? What else can it be?

There is no fluid to top up as it's electrical. The rack can creak and groan a bit on full lock.

Oh okay, thanks for letting me know. I've noticed that it sometimes does make some kind of low sound (not high pitched or something) on reversing into a garage (lot of turning), but it only happens when the car is hot. Nothing to worry about?
