Brake pads

Been searching for brake pads for a 2013 gtdi bluemotion dsg model
Theres far too many different ones showing for my model ,which ones do i need from the below for example ?

Hello, recently looked at mine to see what was available, was loads as you say, may be worth having a look to see what Brand of caliper you have, might help to identify your pads, fingers crossed !!
