They are not bulbs they are surface mount (SMT) LEDs. If you want to change them you need to remove the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and desolder / solder the individual LEDs.

Yes, there is a warning light for the rear fog light in the dash cluster.

No, the rear fog light lamp doesn't light up momentarily when you switch on the ignition. It's only "warning" lamps that light up momentarily.

There is no lamp for the front fog lights only one for the rear fog lights.

Pull headlight switch one click - front fogs on, no light on dash. Front fog symbol lights up green on headlight switch.
Pull headlight switch two clicks - front fogs on, rear fogs on, foglight light comes on in dash cluster. Front and rear foglight symbols light up green on the headlight switch.

Sounds as if you may not have an issue.

Thanks for this ,going to have to check,i could have sworn the symbol relates to front (dipped lines)
and i might not have an issue with the dash ,but one of the lights on the switch dont light up (i wonder if its because i have set fogs as DRLs , todays job it seems
again thanks

A bit off topic, but just so you know: it’s illegal to use fogs as DRLs. See Highway Code rules 114, 226 and 236. Probably an MOT failure, and if you get pulled over for it, possibly a fixed penalty notice.

Might be ok if you’ve fitted different bulbs in them, I don’t know.
