£10 from Amazon with 1 months free trial of the software

It's good fun - the first thing I did was enable the big digital speedo as I did with my Skoda.

Apparently on the latest version you can change the volume on the sound aktuator and a couple of other things. I'll connect mine as soon as I have the chance to see what else is new

The website doesn't tell you so you don't know until you connect the app to the car but there are a fair few things you can adjust.

On the Scirocco the Soundaktor is not connected to the Canbus, so it cannot be disabled or the volume adjusted with a tool like this. However on later cars like the MK7 Golf it is and can be :)

It's connected to the drivetrain canbus? You can turn it on off by uncoding it but don't remember in wich module it was.
