Leather seat cleaning and treatment for a dummy

I've ad the R for nearly 3 years now. Its cleaned regularly as a car should be. No waxing thou. So lets get to it.
Can you recommend any products for cleaning the leather seats and something to keep them in good shape.
International brands as I live in the PRC.

I use auto finesse hide cleaner with a leather brush and clean it off with a microfibre cloth. Comes up nice for me :-D

thanks. just had a look and it is very much available at a reasonable price. the cleanser and the conditioner might be the ticket then.
