So what does a Scirocco owner do for a living then?

Every site needs an off topic forum, right?

I sell classic cars mostly Volkswagens and I import them from Africa ,when we were collecting them Africans were laughing at us saying we are nuts because I do this business with my brother, most of them down there love Japanese cars mostly 4x4s and the Toyota, nissan and mazda you would think they were donated, but they are still sleeping whilst we make money .We found two rare vw minibuses made in 1950s and they sold£55 000 each in the UK without doing them up just as dirty as they were but that cemented my love for scirocco I saw an old one in Africa and its freaking gorgeous but the new scirocco is hotter better than sex itself..... lets roc....and roc :D

Can you advise what is best to upgrade my Specialized Allez to an 11 gear set? I've smashed the current 10 setup and its jumping gears

Not wanting to go off topic too much, but it kinda depends what you mean by best. Best value would be shimano 105

Best performance would be dura ace & best of both worlds is ultegra which is the best that us mere mortals really need. Dura ace is really for those who race and have deep pockets or sponsorship

If your wheels are 11spd compatible then it's a good start, if not it's new wheels to go 11spd.

Obviously it's shifters, cassette, both mechs, chain& chainrings to go to 11spd if your parts are not 11spd compatible

Wheels are Fulcrum racing 1's so compatible with 11spd. Currently i have Campignolo setup so will change the lot, I'll have a look at the Shimano setup as this is what a few have told me to go for

Cheers!

If you have a campag set up with a campag cassette thefreeehub body is a different one to shimano. You may be able to get a shimano compatible freehub for your wheels from a fulcrum dealer
