Glad Button has had his option took up at McLaren, he's well deserved of it. Actually really looking forward to this. Hard to believe what Senna said though "Eric thankfully remember what I had done". It's pretty much your name and money mate. Kid looks decent, but seriously, not sure of that right there.

Cracking race.

The scrap between Hamilton and Schumacher was great but I think some of MS's moves were a little dubious. Great pity Nico was taken out by Liuzzi. Good result for button too. The opportunity to pass was there and he took it.

Made me laugh how it looked like Button just showed Hamilton "That's how you do it". Defo a good race.

Think DC has a go at Schumi`s driving at every opportunity. He maybe right but he goes on too long about it. Still bad feelings he has I`m sure.

Like it when the fans started chanting "no to sky"

I loved the fact that Hamilton struggled to get past Shumy lap after lap yet Button cruised up and made it within the next few laps.

I do think that the BBC coverage is excellent, the swap to 70/30 Sky/BBC (whatever the ratio is going to be) is going to be dodgy.

Spent the weekend at Monza. Grandstand tickets for the ascari chicane. Incredible sound and speed.
