Dear All,
RUSSEL AUTOMOTIVE CENTRE , NW9 – BE CAREFUL
I though this was a good garage but they appear to have changed staff and technicians.
I had a bad experience recently with this garage and would like to warn you all to think twice before you consider taking in your vehicle for repairs or service.

To cut a very long story short; my experience are as follows:
1. They provide poor customer service and poor customer care and complaints are not considered.
2. Lack of transparency and dishonesty regarding work done
3. Incompetent and Poor technicians
4. Your vehicle may end up with more faults and damage when they return it back to you.
5. Do not expect your phone calls and emails to be acknowledged or responded to in a professional manner.
6. Expect to be charged for work they may not be done!!!

Please let us know if you've had a similar experience with this garage or similar.
