I've got a SARIS BONES bike rike - an excellent rack that fits allmost all cars. It fits the Roc no problems. It ain't cheap but it ain't a crappy halfords rack either - I wouldn't trust my specialized stumpy FSR on one of their cheapo racks !!

richroc.
I too have a Stumpy FSR and was wondering, does it fit on the bones ok by itself or do you use one of those top tube adapter thingys.

PAULSANDY --> I get the FSR on the BONES without any adaptions. No probs.

Much prefer having the bike on the outside of the car at this time of year as it gets sooo muddy down here on the Kent Downs!!

Sounds like a good rack. Any chance of a few pics of it with and without the bike please. As I want to see how it sits on the car.

Perhaps we should also start a specialized thread as I also have a 07 FSR XC

Cheers

Has anyone tried the Saris Bones RS bike carrier. Is there any problem with the heavier duty bands affecting the
spoiler. If you are using the RS what notch setting. Thanks in anticipation

Hi richroc , can you say which Bones model you have that fits? (2,3,RS, etc)
According to Saris chart none of them will fit the Roc !
