OMG Bilt Hamber auto foam and CG Glossworkz

Post by 3t3p »

Washed two cars yesterday using Bilt Hamber auto foam.
It foams ok but doesn't stay on for ages an ages as a thick foam.

What it does do for the first time is actually CLEAN your car really well without even touching it. It made the rest of the detail so much easier and faster.

It was clear which panels had been rinsed and which hadn't after.

Also chemical guys glossworkz is now my regular shampoo. Its lubricity is ok not amazing, smells nice and suds up easily. What is amazing about it is after washing it looks like you've applied a synthetic sealant layer already! The car is really GLOSSY!

Used a couple. Brought 5l of auto finesse after a string recommendation from a friend and think it's bloody useless. Foams up really well. Smells great. But can't notice it clean off any dirt. Really been put off it. Still have to bucket it anyway. Can't see the point.

+1 for bilt hamber snow foam. By far the best snow foam I've used and as 3t3p says it actually removes dirt.

Missus car doesn't do many miles and this can keep it looking decent for some time between full cleans/waxes.
